Over the past few years, there have been so many rainbow trends of hair: Last year it was hidden rainbow roots and this year it is rainbow bangs which hits the scene.

But what is making comes back is the latter, to be honest, this colourful fringe is very mesmerising-particularly when you know how it’s made! Caitlin Ford who is 28 years old is a hair colour specialist based in St. Louis, Missouri - owner and wearer of those magical rainbow bangs.

RAINBOW FRINGE 🌈🌈 Here is the skinny on how I place my rainbow bangs! Because my bangs are C shaped I try to follow the perimeter of how they are cut as best as possible with my sub sections so these lines lay nicely and not too square. I use conditioner towards the base of my bangs so I can control the direction that the hair in each slice is going. Since this colored section lays over my natural brown hair the color is broken up in a way that gives it an oil-slick feel. 🌈🤘Rainbow Bang🤘🌈 on my hair bestie @caitlinfordhair! We've been prepping all week for #thebtcshow! A year ago I messaged Caitlin on Instagram and asked her about the salon she worked at, and she helped me get in the door with an interview! This has probably been the best year of my life and I feel really fortunate to have met and grown with inspiring people that have motivated me and took me in easily. 💕💕💕 @caitlinfordhair @caitlintyczka and @evanturnerhair are always working on their days off and always pushing themselves to the max to create beautiful works of art. It's motivating and inspiring. Thanks to our boss man @joshnicholshair, unlike other bosses, he gives us a space to create! Ford’s friend and fellow hair artists  Kristina Cheeseman applied colour when the Ford decided to try those magical rainbow bangs, though now she does it herself. Luckly magical transformation is shared by her with world in Instragram which was pretty awesome!
